Service Point’s cleaning teams are required to complete comprehensive training called “Boot Camps”. Each cleaning team member is trained in specific cleaning tasks, equipment and chemical use, and safety.
There are 4 categories of Cleaning Specialists: Light Duty Specialist, Restroom Specialist, Vacuum Specialist, and Utility Specialist. We certify our cleaning specialists for each position only after they have completed an exhaustive training process, including exam, to verify their aptitude for the required tasks.

Your dedicated account manager is your single point of contact within Service Point and is responsible for your complete satisfaction with our services. Your account manager is the point person for answering any questions, adjusting schedules, troubleshooting issues and responding to all of your inquiries.
